  1. Can I make these roll-ups ahead of time?

Absolutely! These are a dream for meal prep. Just roll them up, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 3 days). When you’re ready to serve, simply slice and enjoy!

  1. How do I keep my roll-ups from getting soggy?

The key is to drain any ingredients with extra moisture, like canned chilies or olives. Also, make sure to spread the filling evenly—too much in one spot can cause sogginess.

  1. Can I use corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas?

Flour tortillas are softer and hold their shape better, but if you love corn tortillas, go for it! Just warm them slightly before rolling to prevent cracks.

  1. What other ingredients can I add to the filling?

These are super versatile! Try adding shredded chicken, black beans, jalapeños, or even a little taco seasoning for an extra kick.

  1. How long do leftovers last, and can I freeze them?

Stored in an airtight container, leftovers will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze for up to a month—just thaw in the fridge before serving.
