2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped (seasoned with your preferred spices)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup minced cilantro (optional)
4 (8-inch) tortillas
Instructions
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
On each tortilla, place approximately 1/2 cup of chicken, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of cilantro (if using).
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
Heat a grill pan or heavy-duty pan over medium heat. Lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray.
Place the wraps on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
