Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped (seasoned with your preferred spices)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro (optional)
  • 4 (8-inch) tortillas

 

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. On each tortilla, place approximately 1/2 cup of chicken, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of cilantro (if using).
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  4. Heat a grill pan or heavy-duty pan over medium heat. Lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray.
  5. Place the wraps on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
 
Notes
  • For the chicken: You can use cooked rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, or freshly grilled chicken. If grilling, season with your favorite spices (like fajita seasoning) and grill for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
