Ingredients

  • 24 oz imitation crab meat (flaked or chopped)
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (full-fat or low-fat)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, red onion, celery, and chives.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss to coat. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
