Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Prepare Asparagus:
Rinse asparagus and trim off the woody ends.
Arrange in a single layer
on the baking sheet.
Season:
Lightly spray asparagus with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and Parmesan.
Toss everything together to coat evenly, then spread into an even layer again.
Lightly spray once more with olive oil.
Roast:
Bake for 8–9 minutes until asparagus is tender but still slightly crisp.
