Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Asparagus:
    • Rinse asparagus and trim off the woody ends.
    • Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Season:
    • Lightly spray asparagus with olive oil.
    • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and Parmesan.
    • Toss everything together to coat evenly, then spread into an even layer again.
    • Lightly spray once more with olive oil.
  4. Roast:
