Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut the corn into 2-inch sections.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt to create the seasoning mixture.
  4. Brush the corn with the seasoned butter, making sure to coat all sides.
  5. Place the corn directly on the grill grates of the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with some charred spots.
  6. Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with extra salt, if desired.
  8. Optional: Garnish with chopped cilantro for added freshness and flavor.
