Craving the ultimate chocolate fix? These Better Than a Boyfriend Brownies are the answer! With a fudgy, melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich chocolate flavor, this indulgent treat will have you coming back for more.
8-ounce jar of dulce de leche (microwave to warm it up, swirl 4 ounces into the batter, and top with the remaining after baking)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
Mix in the all-purpose flour, cake flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared 9x13-inch pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 28-36 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Keep an eye on them, as baking times can vary.
Optional: If you're adding dulce de leche, swirl it into the batter before baking and top the brownies with the remaining after they come out of the oven.
