1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ cup butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the crushed garlic and stir until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Coat the Chicken Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter sauce, letting the excess drip off. Coat each piece thoroughly with the seasoned bread crumbs.
Arrange in Baking Dish Place the breaded chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Add Extra Sauce If there is any leftover garlic butter sauce, mix it with the remaining bread crumbs. Spoon the mixture over the chicken.
Bake Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
