Ingredients:

  • 4 large chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken:
    • In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil.
    • Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken: Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the chicken:
    • Air fry for 12 minutes.
    • Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
    • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  5. Rest the chicken: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
